Our Private Tours

Bring your friends and experience Virginia’s beverage trails in a fun, casual environment. Our private tours are offered around the Charlottesville and Richmond beverage trails. We can also travel to vineyards, breweries, cideries, and distilleries outside of the Charlottesville/Richmond area upon special request.

We provide transportation to special events, wedding groups, corporate groups, and festivals. Half Day tours start at $60 per person. Full Day Tours start at $80 per person. Our minimum group size is 3 people and maximum group size is 14. We will book tastings and include those additional fees to your upfront booking cost. Should you take a full day tour, you have the option to book lunch at an additional cost of $22 per person or to bring your own picnic.

A deposit is required at time of booking. We will add on any additional charges or incidentals, like tasting fees and lunch, one week prior to your tour. Booking at least one week in advance is preferred, but we understand that plans can change.

Full day tours are our best value. Spend a full 6-hour day touring the Virginia countryside with some of your closest friends or colleagues. These tours explore each region of our beverage trails to the North, East, South, and West of Charlottesville and include a stop for lunch or a picnic. We encourage you to check out the beverage trail list below before booking. Limiting your stops to one region will provide the best opportunities to maximize your fun! For convenience, tasting fees can also be paid in advance in addition to our base transportation fee. Full day tours include a maximinum of four stops.

Join us for a half day for $60 per person or for a full day for $80 per person. Just like our other tours, we’ve attempted to pull together the best destinations into one convenient package. This tour is good in all four seasons. Get a birds-eye view of the city from Carter Mountain Orchard or hang out on the downtown mall. This tour has  a leisurely, sight-seeing pace.
